C.A.R.E. was created in 2009 to support the development of the youth into positive and productive adults. Young people require positive role models, a sense of self worth and self-esteem as well as academic skills to effectively form the resiliency necessary to confront and cope with life’s positives and negatives.

 

C.A.R.E.’s Mission has always included reaching out to

the parents as a significant part of our program(s). Fulfilling our Mission encompasses the total young person participating in our Character education program; advisory or life skills program to create connectivity between the arts components, school and the environment they live in.

 

All C.A.R.E. activities are a balanced integration of sports, the arts and academics. Students apply mathematics, science and writing skills learned throughout the school day to each activity inwhich they take part.
